Currently, I am doing revisions of my draft. I need to focus on elaborating my quotes. The work cited page looked fine except for not mentioning the websites, so something to remember before I submit my final paper. I have also made my cover letter. It's surprising how this semester went by so quick and I really enjoyed taking this class. This class really helped me improve my writing skills, and also encouraged me to be a better reader. I was looking forward to post a comment to your blog since long, but since your blog was just left with your proposal of doing research on business, I wasn't able to comment. So, I am happy to see you change your proposal to recycling, now that I have someone to comment on. It's just the two of us who is writing on recycling. Hope your paper is going great. It's really surprising how time flies by, the semester is almost over. This week will be all about revisions on the draft paper and the rest of the assignments if we want to earn a better grade. All the revisions are due this Sunday. I am very much happy with the grade that I got for my draft paper, but I still got to revise to make it even better. Happy thanks giving in advance everybody!

Now, that the draft of the research paper is over, it's so much of relief. I couldn't believe myself for writing about eight and half pages. I thought I wouldn't be able to do the minimum, i.e.  seven pages. I was so much overwhelmed to see the work citations, it was more than two pages. I am happy with where I am, in regards to my research paper. The short meeting session with professor was very helpful as well. She helped me find two other friends from the other class sharing the same topic as mine, so that I could comment and add up credits for my blogs as I wasn't able to find anyone to comment from my class. Great going so far.

We are almost towards the end of the semester and I am lacking blogs. I tried to find someone who shares the same topic as mine but found none. I hope I will be able to find someone from the other class. As for now, I would rather focus on my draft paper since it's due this Friday and there isn't much time left. There were some changes in the draft. The cover page which wasn't required before is now a must, so definitely something to keep in mind. I hope I will be able to finish my draft paper on time.

"Lead-in," a new term which I learnt today was one of the main component to writing an introduction. It helps grab the reader's attention. The introduction plays an important role in portraying how one's essays going to be like. I was thinking of presenting a fact for my introduction, followed by my thesis. Hopefully, it will help my introduction look attractive and interesting.

Today, our class was on making the outlines for the research paper. The outline shapes and organizes the paper. I always prefer to make the outline for any research paper either short or long because it really helps me to do my paper better. It also gives me a rough idea on how my paper will look like. I will be using the traditional outline because it's the easiest comparing to the other ways of doing the outline i.e, the topic sentence outline and the topic sentence and quotation outline.

So, I feel that I am at a better position in writing my research paper since today. I came across many interesting articles and videos, these will definitely help me in writing my paper. I was running out of ideas as to what to write. Though I was able to find extra informations due to the fact that we had to present five sources for the annotated bibliography, but it wasn't easy. It was very time consuming and the whole process wasn't easy either.

I am not sure about what I will be choosing for the topic to write about but might go for the environment. The Greenhouse Effect and it's harmful effects to the world and the remedies to minimize the damage. I haven't started the research yet but will begin soon. The research will need a lot of time and I will need to invest time as much as I can. Hope the research and the paper goes well. Keeping my fingers crossed...
